As part of the yearly Valborg celebration, a festivity which welcomes spring and includes lighting a giant bonfire, the student union at Linnéuniversitetet has made it a tradition to host a competition to see whose design will be turned into a patch to be sewn on to hundreds of student overalls. In 2024 my design won.

I wanted to combine the elements of spring and the staple bonfire into a unique looking shape that would give a vibrant feeling of renewal.
